Application for the 2010-2011 School Year

The application for the Leading Edge program for the 2010-2011 school year is available.  Please print your copy of the 2010-11 Application Packet below (13 pages).   Application packets are also available at the school office.   A complete application contains 10 pages EXCLUDING the cover letter. All 10 pages must be returned along with the required documentation in person by a parent or guardian to the Charter office on or before February 26, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

IF YOUR STUDENT WAS ON THE 6TH GRADE WAIT LIST FOR THE 2009-10 SCHOOL YEAR AND WANTS TO REAPPLY FOR 7TH GRADE, DO NOT COMPLETE THE LEADING EDGE APPLICATION.  AN "ADDENDUM TO APPLICATION FOR ENROLLMENT" PACKET (3 PAGES) MUST BE SUBMITTED INSTEAD.  THE ADDENDUM IS ATTACHED BELOW.

The Leading Edge Program anticipates the following number of openings for the 2010-2011 school year:

• 6th Grade – 78
• 7th Grade – 0 to 10
• 8th grade applications are not accepted
