Welcome! 

 

My name is Mr. Workman and I am so excited to be teaching Social Studies in the Leading Edge Academy at Natomas Charter School. The objective of this class is to give you an in-depth look at various aspects of History.

We will be “traveling” across the country and around the world exploring the reasons why historical events happened and the effect these events had in the years following. I hope you will find this course to be enjoyable and exciting. Learning about history can be fun!
 

About Me...

I grew up in the Sacramento area and currently live in Natomas. I have a 27 year old son and I am a huge Dallas Cowboy fan and fully expect the Cowboys to win the Superbowl this year. Go Cowboys! In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, working out and reading.
