Mrs. Novello and Mrs. Shane

Mrs. Novello was born and raised in California and grew up on a cattle ranch in Petaluma. Eventually her family moved to Solano County where she attended high school in Vacaville. In High School she played softball and ran track. After high school she became a regional training manager for Nine West opening stores throughout California and in Hawaii.

Mrs. Novello attended college at Sacramento State University where she received her degree in Child Development with an emphasis on Education. She completed her student teaching with Ms. Meindl at the Leading Edge Academy and has never left!

Mrs. Novello’s Family includes her husband Chris, and her children Te’a and Nico. She likes to spend her spare time with her family but also enjoys running, and spending time outdoors. 

Mrs. Shane was born and raised in Montana, and yes she grew up on skis.  She was born into a family of educators, her mom being a reading specialist and her dad a college professor.

In High School Mrs. Shane played basketball, softball and ran track.  After high school she attended college in California at Cal State Long Beach where she received her degree in Human Development with an emphasis on Education.  After college she taught at a private school in Santa Monica for 4 years.

Mrs. Shane’s interests include photography, sports and keeping up with her three active young boys (which is a sport in itself)!  The final member of the Shane family is Bailey, a four year old Weimaraner who thinks he is one of the kids (and is too a boy)!
